This policy explains what data SellerPulse collects and how it is used. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the Service, we don't sell your data, and you can delete everything at any time.
Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store the password itself).
Your business data: the shops, orders, costs and settings you enter or import. This data exists so the app can show you your numbers — we don't use it for anything else.
Usage analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used (pages visited, general location, device type). This is aggregate product analytics, not ad tracking.
Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences (theme, language). Google Analytics sets its own cookies for measurement.
Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure with encrypted connections. Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2. Daily backups are kept for up to 30 days.
We do not sell or rent your data. It is shared only with the processors that make the Service work: Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (usage measurement).
You can export your data from the app at any time. You can request a copy or full deletion of everything we hold about you by emailing us — we'll complete deletion within 30 days.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
If this policy changes materially, we'll announce it in the app or by email.
