SellerPulse ("the Service") is a web-based analytics tool that helps Etsy sellers track their real profit. The Service is operated by an independent sole proprietor ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You need an account to use the Service. Keep your password safe — you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.
New accounts get a free trial (currently 3 days, no card required). After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the paid period, and we don't charge again after that. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.
The numbers you enter or import (orders, costs, shops) are yours. You can export them at any time. If your subscription ends, your data stays stored so you can come back; you may request full deletion at any time by emailing us.
Don't abuse the Service: no attempts to break in, overload, resell, or reverse-engineer it, and no storing of unlawful content.
SellerPulse is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.
The Service provides estimates based on the data you supply. It is not financial, tax, or legal advice — always verify important numbers with your accountant. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
